VMB3000 Cannot subscribe to get cameras working

Just rung helpdesk...they told me how to subscrtibe however no such instructions available on both phone app and pc. I went into settings to subscribe but no such option available...i understand i need to subscribe to allow me to set up the cameras...most frustrating

Are you using the arlo Mobile App? The app will guide you through the setup process. Have you created an account with an email/password yet?

Also, what country? Not all countries have subscription plans.
