My model VMB3000 Base Station is showing offline and I am unable to get back online. I have done everything and checked the internet and power connection. I am also reset the base station.  There seems to be something going on with the base station. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What have you tried and what do you see? What are the LEDs on the base showing, including color?

All three leds are green but can get it online

All LEDs being green means the base is in your account. I'm going to guess you didn't actually reset the base so use this procedure very carefully and fully:
