I've gone through all the troubleshooting and I've taken the router over to my System Administrators and they are unable to get the router to connect through our network.  I take it home and it works great.  The systems guys opened up the ports and it still would not connect.  We've done the reset.....hard reset.....different cables.....different locations within our network.  I work for a school district and I'm having no luck.  I'm tempted to tell the teacher he has a paperweight he can use on his desk because it's past time for him to be able to get a refund.  Anyone have some ideas that maybe we haven't thought of?  Anyone.....anything??

The device also receives an ip address from our dhcp.  So it's being recognized but won't connect with the outside world.
