It has been working fine for over a year.  I had to reset it and start the set up over again when I got a new router/wireless.  Basic setup with three cameras.  I have them set to record if motion is detected, but none of them do. There are no other options.  Under the Mode menu, the circle checkboxes refuse to be checked so it appears to resist being armed..  That's probably the problem.  This software sure sucks.

How did you reset? You should remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Use the Add Device selection on the Devices tab to claim the base. Sync the cameras. Update firmware as you go if prompted.

Yes, I had to setup as a new system and add cameras one at a time.  But none are recording. I need to 'arm' it perhaps.

The motion icon for each camera in the Devices tab should be black, not gray. Check your selected mode in the Mode tab after clicking on your base.

I appreciate your effort to help here, but it would be more productive if you knew a solution to the problem rather than just pointing out the problem again.  Yes the icons are gray and there is no apparent way to change this.

But you haven't told us what mode is selected, which affects whether the icons are gray or black.

Mode is set to record video when motion is detected.  I found that the Scheduler was set to limited hours (why that is I don't know) so I set it to 24/7.  Checked the mode again and the actions to take upon motion detection.  The sensitivity is set to 80%. Still no vids recorded.  See the attachment to see the screen.  Is the left most icon telling me anything?

@jguerdat I think the circle to the left of the line that says Armed should be checked.  I can't get that to happen.  See attachment.

What firmware is the base station & cameras running?

1.12.2.4_2772

The same firmware that was working fine until now.

There is no way to update the firmware, so I suppose the system knows this must be the right version?
