Do You somebody what means: " 5018 We do not recognize the VAT number entered. Please enter a valid VAT number" ?
I can´t change subscription plan from basic to elite. Thanks

Be sure all of your credit card information is entered correctly. This could also be occurring due to subscription plans not being supported in your area. Take a look here for more information on where subscription plans are supported: What are the available Arlo subscription plans and how much cloud storage is available?

I am also unable to register and upgrade my plan. "Same error 5018 We do not recognize the VAT number entered. Please enter a valid VAT number."
I am not a european company, and United States was selected as my country.
You may be losing a lot of sales to this bug.

Everything is enterede correctly and i tried multiple good credit cards.
