Hi,
I bought and Arlo Pro system today, and am aware that there is no Windows Mobile app available (I'm used to the the App gap, it doesn't usually bother me) so figured I'd just be able to use the website.
No go!
When I visit https://arlo.netgear.com or https://arlo.netgear.com/#/login on the phone browser, I'm continually redirected to https://arlo.netgear.com/#/useMobile which unhelpfully tells me to install the ios, android or amazon app. Has anyone figured out how to get around this?
Thanks,
Justin.

Yup. Use the browser menu to use the desktop version of the site. It's all about how the browser identifies itself to the Arlo site. Note that the lack of Flash will cause live view to not be available as well as Pan and Zoom.

Thanks for that, I have switched to Desktop version, unfortunately it applies to all sites on the phone browser, but at least Arlo looks good. Well, what I can see without having Flash does, anyhow! 🙂
Cheers.
