Upgraded from 7 to 30 days - Will My older vieos Show up?

I need access to videos from 30 days ago, but have been using the free 7 day plan.  I upgraded and don't see the videos from 8-30 days old.  Will they populate or are they gone?

Unless you had local storage enabled, then I don't think so: your cameras don't upload all the time, but only whenever your plan is enabled. So, if you have a 7 day storage, then your cameras will only upload whatever during the 7 day period has occurred. Conversely, if it's a 30 day plan, then it's 30 days, and no more. The 5000 SmartHub enables local storage and the clips on the SD card stay there until overwritten in the case of the storage space getting smaller, so effectively limited by the size of the SD card; that's the only limitation.

@UMFdn: Just to clarify this- it has nothing to do with uploading.  The cloud automatically deletes videos when the retention limit is reached.

Once deleted, they cannot be recovered (getting a subscription won't do it).
