I hope that case #26746446 can be resolved soon.
This is the only thing holding me back from buying more cameras and recommending them to others.

Netgear, is there any update or plan for this?

Please consider this an additional vote to move it forward, or enter another case that is linked or referenced to that one if that is more effective.

 

The night image in pan&zoom is much better than what is recorded - there is a clear difference in image sensor settings there.

Ideally there needs to be the ability to have separate settings for daytime vs. nightime video recording. Dialing up the brightlness for nightime can wash out the daytime image.
