Update failing afloat camera wire free

I was installing my camera and it was updating and I opened the battery compartment and then is not working and I can not sun with the base. My camera does not show any lights,,how I can update or reset it?

If you opened the battery door while it was updating, you may have bricked the camera...

Sound like a call/email to Netgear support is in order.

Only thing would be leave out the batteries for a while and replace and try again... there is no other reset on the Arlo cameras.
