When I log into my dashboard to view my cameras all works fine. However when my wife logs on to the dashboard on her work (Windows) computer, all of the camera/monitor screens are darkened out with the following message: "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again." She can see the videos stored in the alert history but cannot see live views. This occurs with both an access username and password set up for her and with the admin log in that is set up for me. The process works for me on my phone, desktop and laptop computers. Just not on the one that she uses.
We would appreciate any info if others have seen this and if so how to address it. Thanks.

In addition to @Dannybear's suggestion - it is possible the the company's firewall is blocking the traffic. She could connect to her company's IT dept, but they likely don't have much incentive to pursue it.

Thanks to you both. For one day, the day that I posted this issue initially, she was able to access the live camera views in real time. It reverted back to the old error message the next day and has been that way since.
I will add that she can see the alert history videos so it does not seem to be a work firewall issue for accessing video streams. So still searching for a solution.
Appreciate the responses.

What browser is she using?
Did she try the incognito window mode of the browser to login to the web portal to see if she can live stream successfully?

I am having the same issue. First time I used my laptop live view worked, now it gives the unexpected error message. Cannot view "live view" on laptop when using Edge or Brave browsers. Also did try the InPrivate tab with same results.

I hope this works for some of you.
I was getting the same issue.
I am running VPN software (Malwarebytes) , Could be others..
But When I turned off the VPN software; The issue disappeared and it work normally again.
Turn the VPN software back on - Issue appeared again.
So the solution I have is to turn off your VPN Software when you want to view live camera's from your PC.
Then turn the VPN back on when you are done.
I hope this helps some of you with this issue.

AFTER SEARCHING, I FINALLY FIGURED OUT A SOLUTION!
In Chrome, when you're on the website to view live cameras, look up top at the web address bar, where it shows:
https://my.arlo.com/#/cameras
Look to the left of the address and you will see a little "Lock" icon.
Click that Lock then click "Site settings" in the tab that just opened, look at the "Permissions" list. For each permission, I just chose the option to "Allow" for all that I could (the drop-down menu to the right of each listed Permission)
After allowing all that you possibly can, close that tab, then go back to the Arlo tab and click Refresh.
Now you should be able to stream Live views of your cam, without it showing "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again."
Now if you're asking me, why does Arlo need access to all of these things? Isn't it a security risk? Well,no, I trusted them enough to initially buy the camera's and install them.
However, if you feel like going back through the list of permissions and changing them back, one by one, from the "Allow" back to "Block", and then by process of elimination you could figure out which one specifically needs to be "Allowed", in order to make the Live stream work, go right ahead. For me, I'm not concerned.
Hoping this helps others who are having this issue!
