I am unable to view direct storage access videos from the Arlo App.

If I eject the USB drive from the home base, I can view them on my PC. But I am not able to view them in the library from within the app. I have selected the home base vs cloud within the library. I get a pop up message that says "Videos store on (base station name) are not available. Please check your connection settings"

I'm using an ipad, but have also tried from my iphone and get the same result and message about checking connection settings. Devices I'm using with the app are using the same WiFi that the home base is connected to.

I checked for firmware updates for the home base and cameras, which are all indicated to be current as it says no update is available.

Note I do not have an active subscription to use cloud storage. I've read various articles in the support community, but I've not found any that have questions or answers that discuss the "Videos are not available, check your connection settings" pop up that I get.

I've seen some articles that say to eject the USB to be able to view the videos, but I've also read some that say even without the subscription, I should still be able to access the videos in the library from the app.

Anyone have an answer as to what connection settings to be checked or how else to go about viewing the videos stored on the usb storage device through the Library in the App?
