Unable to update firmware

I have two arlo cameras and an alarm base.

My app shows that I need to update firmware but I'm not able to to launch the firmware update.

Arlo help says to find the firmware update on my.arlo.com under settings but I do not have those options.

All I see is shared devices and ability to rename them. 

How do I update my Arlo cameras?

You don't say which Arlo gubbins you have, but for Ultra Pro ", in the browser interface:

• Settings
• Arlo Pro Hub (or camera)
• Device Info
• Firmware

If there is an update available it should show up there.

Another way in is:

• Devices
• PIck a device
• Click the Settings icon
• Device Info

The strategy is much the same on the app.
