Unable to turn cameras on and off from my phone

Hi, I am wondering why I was able to run my cameras from my phone but now I can't. Just my boyfriend can run them from his phone. I am no longer able to turn them on and off.

Who has the Primary account ??  you or him ?

If him , he may have turned off some features for you or a new sw version may have some how reset them to default.

If you hold the primary, the I would uninstall and reinstall the account.

a new phone could also be at fault, you don't mention models/os/etc...

He has the primary and i suspected he most likely did that but he denies it.

Since it could be by accident, ask him to check Settings, Grant Access and make sure all is set properly, including the additional access slider.
