Woke up to one camera offline. I went ahead and put on charger before work. I have been unable to get to sync since getting home. The orange light blinks once pause then 2 blinks then nothing. Tried live chat but doesn’t seem to be anyone alive. Tried the add camera. Pressed sync on base. Camera only does what I described. Is it dead ?

Hey Actech,
When you mention that the amber light blinks once, pauses, and blinks twice, was it a slow blinking or fast blinking? You can read about the different LED behaviors on your Arlo camera: What do the different LED behaviors on my Arlo camera mean?
Also, read this article to learn how to troubleshoot when your Arlo camera does not sync with your Arlo Base Station or SmartHub: My Arlo camera will not sync with my SmartHub or base station; how can I troubleshoot it?

I had the same issue on Friday last week. Spent almost 2 hours on the phone with out of country tech support that knew nothing about the issue. Insists it's the batteries and is supposed to send new ones. Said cameras are very expensive to replace. Still can't get it to sync, still don't have the batteries and my CC was charged $19.98 after the call and they won't respond as to why.
Planning on dumping these and going with Ring. Better quality and less issues. Nothing but problems with Arlo for 2 years

I agree with dekat12. I am about done with these arlos. I removed 4 of my cameras and tried to add them back and it ain't happening. They quit working and I put new rechargable batteries in them and they still don't work. I've done exactly what it says to do but NOPE won't let me add them back. Going to Ring Cameras if I can't get them to work. I have 6 cameras and 2 work and they may be a year old. So frustrated with them.
