Unable to grant access to arlo account

When I go to my Arlo dashboard, settings, grant access, the ADD option is not clickable.

What arlo app ver are you using and is it mobile or browser? 

Do you know if it is the new interface style your using, look for the label feed for the library.

As you can see, Add is grayed out and cannot be clicked.

Is it possible that you are already using a friend account?

By any chance are you using an account that was granted access or are you the owner?
