In the vehicle recognition listed vehicles when I go in and try and delete the vehicle that’s doesn’t belong it try’s to delete but when it is done thinking the vehicle is still there nothing is deleted.

@JamesC , @ShayneS , @BrookeN I can duplicate the issue. On the Android app it looks like it works  but the images return to be shown. I also tried the web client which has a similar issue with "feederror:Savant server unreachable".

@Angela706 do you mind sending me a video of the behavior you are seeing? Also your firmware version and are you on iOS or Android.

• 6.36.0 version it iOS and so far couldn’t get the video to work for the email

 only could get screenshots of them thinking of deleting the wrong vehicles and then when it’s done they are still there not deleted.

Can we try to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if that makes a difference?

Yes I’ve uninstalled and finally got my cameras back in and that doesn’t make a difference

Yes even with this latest update the unrecognizing vehicles still didn’t show up.

6.40.0is version newest

Try uninstalling and reinstalling your app one more time please.

Seems to be working for me on 6.40 as well as the web client. However, there were a whole slew of thumbnails that wouldn't/couldn't be loaded or even clicked on. They were just blank gray thumbnails with a horizontal zig-zag pattern (I guess that was to show they were broken).

Sure did that  and it was a pain to reload everything and still the same exact issue nothing has changed.

After deleting all unknowns yesterday, I now have 18 to check out. However, there's no way to tell what they are:

If you turn vehicle recognition off and then back on does it load?

No it doesn’t and to add to that the notifications are not clearing out when at the feed unless you close the app then go back in then the notifications will go away till.
