I wanted to cancel my account and subscription to Arlo. I went through the process of cancelling my account on the arlo web site and received an email response telling me my account has been closed and all my videos are no longer available. All OK so far, but then I see that they are still charging my credit card for the monthly subscription. Apparently, you have to cancel the subscription separately, but you can do this only by logging on to your account. But I cannot do this anymore as my account is closed. I cannot find any telephone number or address with which I can communicate my problem. Someone, please help!!!!!!! WHAT CAN I DO??????

You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
