Unable to add the Doorbell to the second newest Base Station (VMB3000)

I just added a second VMB3000 Base Station (Firmware Updated) to strengthen the signal to certain cameras.  Everything is working well except that I cannot add the Doorbell to the second (newest) Base station.  Any suggestions?

The VMB3000 doesn't have firmware that supports the video doorbell but does support the audio doorbell.
