Doesn't matter which browser type, I get the same error when attempting to access the live stream.

I can review previously recorded videos fine.  Cameras are online with a good WiFi signal.

Using a VMB5000r5 smart hub with firmware 1.18.0.3_1197

Camera: H8 (1.092.1.0) , H7 (1.070.52) and H10 (1.070.52)

Error Condition consistent across all cameras and browser types (brave, chrome, safari) from MacOS (12.3 Monterey).

When I try to access from my iPhone I end up in an infinite loop ... When Arlo sends the 6 digit code via text and I read it, when I get back into the arlo iPhone app it sends another text.

Any ideas?

Thx

Chris

Set up the phone as a trusted device.  One way to do this is to use email verification initially, and read the code on a PC (not leaving the app).
