This same thing was also happening with the app but was recently resolved. What I found is that on the app you are now able to live stream while a motion triggered recording is in progress, but on the web portal you still receive the message that "live streaming is currently in use by another device", as shown in the pic below...oddly  enough, on the web portal, you are able to live stream the video doorbell but not the four other cameras.
Note that this began at the same time as in the app and was mentioned on that same post but, unlike the app, it was not resolved.

I am curious, why sink more money into a system that doesn't work correctly? I mean seriously, the fix is to give the company that sold you a defective product more money? At this point, I am just going to go with another product, as Arlo not only disrespects it's customers by selling products that don't work for the function they were designed for, they just keep making them worst with every software update.

I have 4 Ultra's, 3 Wireless Video Doorbell 2K and a wired floodlight. I was going to purchase numerous more wired and wireless units, but not only do most of the existing ones not let me see what is happening when I need to, they constantly say the devices are offline, even the units mere feet away from the base station or a WAP. In short, I feel this is a very subpar product line and my money would be much better spent better elsewhere.

As I am a techy, I will probably just go with a in-house system to avoid paying the monthly fee's for what I consider basic functionality. BTW, as a note to Arlo, your website sucks. When I get an alert I want to see what's up, not be redirected to a page that has a login button I have to click, just to get to the actual login page. Seriously, I have never regretted buying a product as much as this Arlo system.

I'd definitely replace the Pro 3s with the Outdoor Pan & Tilt. The picture quality is noticeably better, and for the price, it's a great upgrade.

The only thing I wish Arlo would add is an option to lock the camera in place while you're viewing the live feed. At night, when the spotlight is on and you're trying to watch a specific area, a bug flies in front of the camera and it suddenly takes off left, right, up, or down chasing it. 🤣🤣

Other than that, I can live with it because I can finally interrupt a recording and jump into the live view whenever I want.
