Unable to Cancel Subscription - Page just hangs.

I've moved and need to cancel my subscription. I find the links in the Arlo Secure section, but when I ask it to cancel, the page just hangs.

Have you tried both the app as well as a computer browser (my.arlo.com)?

Just the webpage. On the app, the subscription tab says 'please go to Arlo on the web to manage your plans and cameras.' And the subscription tab is greyed out on the webpage.

You need to do this on a PC, not your phone or tablet.

 

Also, if you are using the "friend" account feature, make sure you are logging into the primary account.

I am trying to cancel on a computer - this is where I am having the issue. I dont know what the friend feature it.

It's a way of sharing your cameras with another account.

 

Have you tried making a manual recording while livestreaming?  That is only possible if the subscription is active.

 

Note also that the subscription continues to the end of the payment period (usually monthly, but would be annual if you selected that payment option when you subscribed).

I dont care about the friend feature. Just trying to cancel my account, and the website hangs when I do that.

never mind, I just tried again and it cancelled.
