Unable To Logon - Logon emails not arriving

we have had problems with our domain registration in November, but we are back online 1st December and I am unable to logon to my account (paid subscription) email address is not recognised, reset password emails do not arrive. Chat AI cannot force a password reset request, no ability to email Arlo, call the support line, stay online for a VERY long time, then leave number to call back…no call back…NO ARLO SUPPORT. All I need if a force reset of my email / logon and access to my account. If I cant get any traction with this, I will cancel my payment through the bank and reset everything, BUT I will no longer pay any subscription to Arlo as there is no real support, the chat bot is useless, there is a call number to a black hole and I am lift in the dark. terrible support / service

Consider adding SMS as a backup 2FA method when you get back on-line.

to get anyones attention at Arlo use the chat bot and ask how to terminate subscription, that got a real person online to message, they managed to sort the issue and avoid plan cancellation
