Hi there,

I want to stop my subscription to verisure and keep my Arlo equipment. And then be a subscriber to just Arlo with this kit already installed. 

How do I do this please? because my Arlo is automatically linked to verisure. Thank you

You will need to reach out to Verisure support within your app. They will be able to help you further with your questions.

Hi and thanks for your reply. I was son chat with them at the weekend and they said about checking with you about becoming a subscriber with my already installed Arlo equipment.

Is that something Arlo will do please? Because after leaving verisure I would like to just pay monthly subscription to Arlo with my equipment? 

 

I will talk to them again to see if they will unlink my account. 

 

But in the meantime, time I just want confirmation that Arlo will take me on as a paid subscriber monthly for my installed equipment.
