I'm going to install a new system to a second home. Is it best to open a second account. Or just add the new system to my existing account?

If you stay at a total of 5 cameras or less you can stay on the free plan regardless of where the cameras are located. If you go above that limit, either subscribe to the Premier plan or set the second system up using a second email address. Then use Settings, Grant Access from the second account to the first so you can use one login for all.
