Been too busy to bang my head against the proverbial wall with all the problems Arlo gives me but I was just curious about something.

Trust this browser?
By choosing trust below, the current browser will be trusted and you won't be asked to verify your identity with two-step verification for 14 days. Learn More
If using an incognito browser or browsing privately, you will need to verify your identity with two-step verification after each login.
Warning: To ensure your account’s security, do not trust browsers on shared or public computers.

Has anyone ever got this to work the way they claim? I mean instead of being asked over and over sometimes up to five or six times PER DAY?

Sure would like to know if there was a secret to making it work the way they claim.

What browser app are you using on the pc?

The trust timeout is set in the arlo site cookie in the browser app data.

If the browser settings for the site are set to private or incognito the browser ignores stored cookies and the trust is needed again.

Also shutting down the pc invalidates the browser cookies.

Workaround methods are to to hibernate pc rather than shutdown, use normal window rather than private or incognito.
