Trying to sync cameras under the new Arlo app. All power is good, cameras flash blue, then amber

You can sync the older cameras directly without the app...
Press the sync button on base quickly ( don't hold ) as the camera led flashes, press the camera sync button while nearby the base.
Slow blue led to fast means it worked ( about 2-5 secs )

Hi, I had to download the new app. I haven’t used these camera for a year. The app gives you option to check depending on your system. I tried to sync, the cameras are sync to the base, but nothing shows on the screen. I’m following the instructions to sync my system, and it can’t be found.

Hi, the system is syncing, but not showing on the app. I use to have Arlo Legacy it’s not supported anymore

Sounds like you did not properly remove the base / cameras from your old account.
If not they are still tied to the old account and will not show up on the new one
