Trying to add a 3rd camera to "custom mode" but unable to set action to "record video"

While trying to add a third camera to an established “Custom Mode”, I am unable to set the action to “record video” when motion is detected. The other two cameras in this mode are so enabled. Why can I not add a third to do the same?

Screenshots of your mode and rules may be useful. In the meantime, try a new custom mode with the same rules.
