Try to access camera but diverts me to set up an account to pay. Do I have to pay?

I have not had to set up an account before to see my cameras, now when I try to access them it diverts me to set up an account to pay. So do you have to pay now too see your cameras?

As long as you're using the wireless cameras (NOT Ultra or Pro 3) you get 7 days of free storage. All you have to do is to log in via the app or web to see and manipulate your cameras. Exactly what are you doing that causes the payment popup? Screenshots and many details are better.
