Everything was fine. I have one wore-free camera and it has worked fine for months. Netgear sent me a security warning that I needed to upgrade my firmware to V1.0.7.6_1.1.99. I did that and all other deviced connceted properly but I cannot connect my Wire-free camera back to my Nighthawk r7000 router. It worked perfect before the update. Can you help?

Yup - use a base station.  I tried using the R7k with the beta firmware that supported Arlo but the embedded firmware for Arlo was VERY old (nearly a year old now).  Also, the router firmware, while newer, would now be old.  Netgear announced that the Arlo capability would be dropped and no longer supported earlier this year (August?) so I switched from connecting directly to the R7k to a base station and updated the firmware to the latest which has no Arlo support.

You could get crazy and revert back to the old firmware but I'd very strongly recommend against that.  Use a base station and be done with it.
