I am experiencing problem with video playback. The videos start and stop during playback with frozen images in between. Moving objects freeze then jump back to previous frames, then move again with blurry and multiple images. Live streaming is okay. Does anybody experience the same thing? Does anybody have any idea what is going on? Thanks in advance for your answer.

I have seen video playback problems before, but only on and Android device with a bad feed rate..
What device/OS are you running on?

Can you view them on another device or computer? That would help isolate the problem.

I use Win7 with no problems. Try downloading the video and see if the same thing happens. It could be your Internet connection, the server, your computer or anything inbetween. Just off-hand, I think it's the video itself, leading to questioning whether the camera involved has an issue. If so, you could try 1) reset the camera by opening and closing the battery door and/or 2) swap cameras to isolate the issue. You could also try streaming realtime video to see if the problem occurs then.

Just wanted to let you know that I am having similar trouble as Watchman with video playback freezing up...
I was reviewing several livestream recordings from yesterday...happened on two videos. The first was 18:15 minutes long and froze at 5:17 minutes. The second was 29:49 minutes long and froze at 13:52 minutes. I was livestreaming because the Arlo cameras can not motion detect through the glass window..
Both videos were on the same camera, with new batteries and sync with base. I was not logged out of Arlo on either occasion.
I am also running Windows on a PC. I do not have a Smartphone or any other device to test with.
Several times, when trying to connect today, I did receive messages that the camera could not connect to server or had lost connection. My WiFi signal is strong, my batteries are too...and the base is all lit up with green lights!
Any ideas on what may be going on?
Watchman...I feel your pain!
