Back in April, my phone broke and bought a new phone, thinking i backed up everything on there but i didn't. and i tried signing back into my arlo account with the email and password but it won't let me because it wasn't familiar with my new phone but the old one and im having trouble signing back in. i dont know the password to reset for the email at all. i even tried making a new account and tried to add the cameras in it but it wouldnt work either.

Can you access the email account?
If you can, you could try the arlo account password reset
Then if the app fails in the two-factor verification step, select "try another verification method" and choose email.
