Token Reset for Two VMB4540r2 so HomeKit is Possible

Hello! I’d like to connect my two Base Stations and 5 cameras to Apple HomeKit. I have researched and understand that I need to request a token reset from you guys. Can you help me please?

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:How do I connect my Arlo device to Apple HomeKit?

Hello,  can you send a token reset to my base station?

Arlo was kind enough to send a token reset in November and that solved the problem for a couple weeks.  However, my base station stopped working again, less than a month after Token reset.
