Why does it take 3 hours to be notified and receive the video? I am getting notified at 7 from when I was adjusting and resting the cameras at 4. The system still shows me a picture of my front as it was several hours ago even though I have gone outside and moved my car since then. It says live feed but there is nothing live about it 😥

A cloud update has been deployed that should resolve this issue. Please let me know if you continue experiencing delayed content.

I am getting delays from one hour up to ten hours since the 5/19 update. The updated app is a mess and the help desk can't help me.

Put in a complaint to Netgear Support... if more than one person does this, it will get more attention
