The only light that works on my base station is the power light. I have tried all the suggestions on the internet without any luck. I have made sure my cable and router port is working. Any suggestions on how to get my ARLO Base Station to work properly?

The lack of an Internet LED is an indication that the base isn't properly connected to the router. Of course, the power LED must be green or all bets are off. You can try a reset holding the button until the LEDs flash amber and try again. If the power LED is green, make sure you try a different cable and a different port on the router.

The power light is green. I have tried the reset procedure twice. I have tried a different cable and port on the on the router. I connected my laptop to the router using the cable and port. The laptop worked with no problems.
