The app says “database service is currently down” and could not connect to my cameras.

 

This is both on the PC and the android, so I have been locked our from *any* access to my security cameras, and given my situation (not wanting to detail here, but my security is under direct threat), I need the cameras in order to sleep at night.

 

I am currently awake and up all night waiting for them to start. Please help.

Ok folks, I'm back online, so I can now go to sleep.

 

This is very worrying however. These cameras are not a toy, they are a security device and I need to be able to rely on them.

 

Please, no more "database service is currently down" messages.

 

As you have structured the product as an online service, your reputation depends on your ability to maintain a reliable service.
