The Verification System Takes Too Long to Send Texts

Texts are only good for 1-2 minutes.

 

I receive Texts via tmobile 5-10 minutes later.


This is ridiculous.  I can't login via the website or the app.

 

I have to pay for support.   Should I subscribe and then ask for a refund once the issue is resolved because of their faulty sms messaging system?

Will using the email 2FA request allow you access, should be able to see a choose another method button at page bottom.
