System not working after new router installed

I purchased an Arlo three camera system model VMB3000 serial no: 48E1527HA0Bf3 approx. three months ago. Everything worked fine and no issues until BT home router hub 5 (UK) went down and was replaced. Home router is fine but haven't been able to get the Arlo system to work successfully. Have tried following other advice and have restarted several times then reset. Now only the first two green lights are showing and when I try to re sync cameras only get a flashing orange light for the fifth light and only periodic orange light on cameras after initial blue light following re installation of batteries. The Arlo app says that I'm offline. Help please!

Arlo Base-Station can't get connection coz' maybe it is blocked by your router.. You prolly' need to check any firewall settings on your router and allow "VMB3010" device to connect..
VMB3010 = Name of Arlo Base-Station under network.. It maybe different..
