System not working after installing new AT&T modem.

My system was working fine until I had to have AT&T install a new modem I cannot get the system to come back up. I think I need to insert the new modems ID and password but do not know how.

The modem has no bearing unless it's also a router which can have settings that would block access. You'd need to contact the ISP if it's theirs to set things up. Worst case, remove everything from Settings, My Devices and start fresh with the Add Device button on the Devices tab.
