After an internet outage we are now experiencing issues. Both cameras have disappeared from the app. In re-adding, they appear to sync to the base station but do not display in the app.
We've reset the base unit, powered off and removed batteries from cameras before starting over. Still no visible cameras on the app.

Define "reset the base" - power cycle or used the reset button? If the latter, you'll need to start fresh. Remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and then use the Add Device button in the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras.
For the record, some folks seem to want to call a power cycle of the base a "reset" - it isn't.
