Thanks for the reply and glad you understood what I meant. I ended up reseting it and the sync led light started working.

If the SYNC appears not to be working, the most common cause is holding the SYNC button to long....
A quick push on the base sync button, wait a few seconds and then push the sync button on the camera. The camera should flash quickly blue for a short time showing a good sync ( not amber )
If you mean the LED is actually not lighting with the cameras sync'ed and working, then it's warranty work via Netgear support
As a PS... this is the Q camera section and the Q cameras don't connect to the Arlo base but directly to your own wifi. ( but I think you really mean the Arlo cams )
