I have a Support ticket 28439648 which was opened over a month ago for which I have not had a response for over 7 days. My system (Arlo wireless with a base station and two Arlo cameras) still does not work.

How do I return the system for a refund?

Many thanks, James. I hesistated to contact support again because it seemed to involve creating another support ticket which might be confusing. So I do really appreciate your help.
