You know, I've been around for a while. Lived life and all. I have NEVER had so much trouble contacting a company unless it was a full-blown scam, which I don't think Arlo is. The cameras work fine, software is not a problem, but their most recent price change made me want to contact them to discuss. I could find no way to do this. It's not like Arlo did not respond to my request - I couldn't make my request in the first place. They continue to bill me at a higher rate, but I have no choice but to simply cancel my account completely. And look elsewhere for security cameras.

I am sorry you are unable to reach support. You should have that option iwthin the app for either a chat or callback. However, I would be more then happy to help you. Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
