I click on contact us and it comes back "ERROR something went wrong. try again." 

 

This happens when i click on call a live agent. Also on the main website it says to click chat on bottom right of screen but there is nothing there (on bottom right of screen). 

Anyways, how do i get ahold of support? Seems impossible.

Try accessing the support center in the app (on your phone).

I have been trying it on my phone (app). It doesn't work. Keep getting error message
