Have you rebooted the base? What have you tried?

yes. unpluged.  signed in again. still nothing!

Have you tried checking the stream through the Arlo app on your phone device and/or the web client on your computer? Are you experiencing this problem on both?

My phone looks ok.  checking the stream- not sure what you mean.

Have you checked to see if the "Getting Status" message is showing on your Arlo app on your phone and/or the web client on your computer?

Try to reinstall the app on your phone and test to see if it happens on WiFi and/or cellular data.
