I have 5 Arlo cameras.  I could not get the system to store more than 1 days of videos, so I purchased the Elit package and now it only saves 7 days of videos even though it says I've used next to none of my cloud storage.  I see where I can turn off the option to delete videos after 7 days but it will not allow me to turn that off. 

 

I really am fed up and feel ripped off with these cameras- changing batteries every week and then having all my videos gone even when I paid for more storage.  Now I can't find a real person to get help from.

Welcome to the community!  I am sorry you seem to have had a negative experience.  You are always welcome and I encourage you to contact our support team if you need any additional help.

 

If I may i'd like to find out a little bit more about the issue you are experiencing.  What browser or app are you using to try and manipulate when videos are deleted?  If you are using the android phone app, are you seeing the same issue when trying the same thing on the web ui?  If possible could you include a screenshot of the issue.  I look forward to hearing back and working with you through this issue!
