Stopped recording/stopped notice

My 4 cameras stopped recording motion and stopped sending email notification. What should I do?

What mode are you using? Are all the rules correct? Can you live view all of the cameras?

Mode is armed. Don't see an option to change rules. Does have ability to view live.

Rmbausa,

 

Consider a base station reboot using the on-off button. Allow the base station to come back online and trigger a camera to test. Do you still see the same behavior?

I get a notification on my iPad but do not get email notification that I used to get.

Check your modes in the Mode tab and verify that email notifications haven't somehow been disabled.

These is no place in the "mode tab" to turn email on, off or anything else.  This system needs some serious re-tooling.  Is Arlo pro any better? This might be going back to Costco.

If you go into the mode you are using, then editing the cam you wish to change you should see ability to turn notification and email notification on or off

All notifications are on. 90 percent motion detection.

thought you wanted to know where turning the email notifications on/off was located, not about the sensitivity level

What do you mean? Videos? WHat have you tried? What do you see, especially the LEDs on the base and camera? Try power cycling the base. In the Devices tab, the running men for each camera should be black, not gray.  If gray, use the Mode tab, select your base and see what mode is selected. Try the Armed mode and see if that works.
