Hi. Installed the system. Was ok for two days. I get sms of motion detection, but no video clip is saved. Can not watch live motion Any more! Any suggestions?

Web or app? Have you used the other? What are the LEDs on the base showing? Should be 3 green ones - power, Internet and camera. It might be worth power cycling the base and open and close all battery doors before anything else. Any luck?
