Farrellz,

Were you able to live stream from a different browser? Consider checking to make sure your browser and flash player are both up to date on the latest versions.

I can view my cameras live using Mozilla Firefox.  I cannot view live using Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.

Live view requires Flash. Sounds like you don't have the IE version installed and the Chrome version (built-in) is disabled or you don't have the latest version.

I can't get live video to work in any browser, mac or pc, after updating flash.

It works fine in the app on my iphone, and the preview/number of minutes ago updates but no live stream ever.

Same issue for both cameras.

On a 80mbps enterprise connection.

Windows 7- IE11, Firefox 50.0 Adobe Flash ActiveX and NPAPI 23.0.0.207

Mac OSX 10.10.5, Flash 23.0.0.207, Enabled all adobe plug ins for the site in Safari Security preferences. Firefox 50.0, Chrome 54.0.2840.98

Yes I have cleared cookies/caches and restarted all broswers after updates.

What do you mean by an enterprise connection? Who controls the connection -you or IT? Many business connections specifically block sites or protocols.

I work at a large place of business and am a member of IT.

There's no indication this is blocked, but if there is a specific test you'd suggest I'm all for it.

Remember, I can see the preview of the most recent timestamp, so accessing the sight is not an issue.  I'm also on the internal secure wifi on my iphone which is working fine.

I have now once and only once gotten a time out error, on firefox in Mac OSX, after a reboot.

Additionally, they have full signal, full battery, were just unboxed yesterday, had their firmware updated upon sync, and no did not work previously.

I can only guess and no, I don't have a specific test.  Live view is Flash-based while most everything else isn't.  I can use a mobile browser and do pretty much anything except live view (I use the desktop, not mobile version of the web site). The app doesn't use Flash so is different.  This would lead me to believe that the Flash protocol is being blocked, perhaps due to the continuous onslaught of Flash vulnerabilities.  If it works everywhere else, I gotta believe it's something about your corporate firewall.

We definitely do not block flash, we use flash several other places.
