My Camera was stolen and I reported it to the police. Today I got a message from Arlo that the device had been registered in another name and to contact support@arlo.com but when I email support it rejects the message and says I am not a member of the approved group. Any suggestions are welcome.

The group support only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list.

The Arlo Go on the account still appears on your account and as offline. I suggest since it was stolen to remove it from your account. With that being said I can have support look into this further. Please provide your phone number as well as a good time to call via dm. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
