I had Arlo home security system and sensors. How can I set up starting siren if the door sensor is in open status for a period of time?

Edit the rule in any modes the sensor is listed in. One of the settings is for activating the siren.

The siren is only sound once when the door was open or close. I want to be able to active the siren continually if the door is open fot more than X minutes.

AFAIK, that's not possible. I suspect you'd have to use some sort of additional automation (IFTTT?) to do that.
